Submit a request to access, delete, or opt out of data we hold about you.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If your email is associated with client data in our system, we will notify the relevant account holder.

What happens next?

  • Access requests: We will compile the data associated with your email and send it to you.
  • Delete requests: Your data will be deleted from our systems. If unresolved after 30 days, deletion is automatic.
  • Opt out requests: You will be added to our suppression list and will no longer receive reminder messages.
